1. Order Finality
All orders are final once confirmed. We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases.
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only applicable for items damaged during unboxing.
- No exchanges will be provided for any other reason.
3. Unboxing Requirement
- Customers must record a full unboxing video (without cuts or pauses).
- This video is mandatory proof for any damage claim.
4. Eligibility for Exchange
Only items damaged during unboxing are eligible. The following are not covered:
- Wear & tear
- Size or fit issues
- Color variations due to lighting/screen settings
- Change of mind
- Improper handling after delivery
5. Customer Support
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your unboxing video for assistance.
Shipping & Delivery
6. International Shipping
- Orders shipped outside UAE may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and VAT as per destination country laws.
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
7. DDU / DDP Terms
- International orders may be shipped under:
- DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) – customer pays duties on arrival
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – duties included where applicable
- Terms depend on courier availability and destination.
8. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at checkout.
- Any additional customs or clearance charges must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.
9. Customs Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping details
- Completing any required documentation
- Paying applicable duties/taxes to ensure smooth delivery
10. Failed Delivery / Return to Sender
If a shipment is returned due to:
- Unpaid customs charges
- Incorrect address
- Customer refusal
The customer will be responsible for shipping fees and return charges.
