GENERAL POLICY

1. No Return / No Refund

All orders are final once confirmed and shipped.

Exchange is only applicable for items damaged during unboxing.

3. Unboxing Video Required

Customers must record a full unboxing video (without cuts or pauses)
This is mandatory proof for any damage claim.

4. Exchange Eligibility

Only damaged items during unboxing are eligible for exchange
